Unfortunately, our swans haven’t learnt to fly so well yet, meaning we can only deliver to Mainland UK. We hope to change this very soon, so that our swans can venture further afield to Northern Ireland, Highland, Channel, and Offshore Islands so please keep your eyes peeled.

Unfortunately, due to our manufacturing process, we cannot change or cancel orders once they have been made. Double check your spelling and photo choices are correct.

Yes, absolutely. We understand how frustrating it can be waiting in for a delivery, or receiving a ‘missed delivery’ note through the letterbox. Why not have it delivered to your work address? That way you won’t miss your delivery, and you can show off your amazing board to your colleagues!

If your product has arrived damaged you must notify us of the damage within 9 hours of the signed delivery, when you notify us you will be asked to send us a photo displaying the damage.

Dispose of our boards as one whole piece. Do not attempt to break them as they will shatter.

If you have a smartphone, you can download a document/photo scanner app that enables you to take a photo of your printed photos. Simply upload them to the app, then save them to your camera roll. We recommend a free app called ‘Tiny Scanner’. It is very quick and easy to use...and it’s free! Bonus!

Try using a smaller image (20MB limit).

Most of our products will fit in a vehicle, However, our large photo boards are almost 6ft tall so please think ahead if you plan on travelling with your boards.
